I will use professional networking, word of mouth, referrals, all social media platforms, newspapers, employment services and any other businesses whom advertise to the caliber of employee that I am looking for to suit your family’s needs.

What We Do & How We Work

Full Service Nannies, Housekeepers, Estate Managers, Teachers, Personal Assistants, Chefs, House Managers, Drivers, Learning Specialists, and Tutors. Employee Recruiting and Household Placements are our expertise! We recruit specifically for your family’s needs and requirements. In addition, we customize your applicant’s interview and reference check questions to your requirements, perform phone interviews, and if they meet your needs we forward you their resume. You’ll get to see your applicant’s personality, work ethic, discipline style, EVERYTHING - prior to meeting them. When you do decide to move forward, we will coordinate the phone interview based on both the family’s and the candidate’s schedules. We are a full service referral staffing company, so we do not employ any of the candidates whom we place with you. Once you decide to hire them they will become your employee(s) and you must pay them directly. You choose their pay rate, schedule, household duties, etc. We will show you our preferred Employee/Employer contract, and then also help you complete the process. We will also help to protect your family‘s privacy by showing you our preferred Non-Disclosure Agreement. We can also help facilitate the signing of this agreement.

Attorneys Fees
Client agrees he, she, or they are responsible for all costs, including filing fees and attorneys’ fees incurred by L&J Staffing Company in connection with enforcing its rights under this Introduction. Agreement.
Replacement Period
Upon written notice from Client that he/she has terminated the services of a Candidate, the replacement period will be frozen and such period shall not begin to run again until such time as the Client decides to retain the services of another Candidate. L&J Staffing Company will at its sole discretion make reasonable efforts according to applicable law to provide additional referrals for a maximum of two replacement Candidates to Client. If the client or candidate changes their mind to move forward the Placement Fee will not be refunded but applied towards another Candidate.
